YEO Technology has signed a significant renewable energy agreement with MLP Sağlık (MLP Care), one of Turkey’s leading healthcare groups. As part of the $29 million contract, YEO Technology will design, build, and operate solar power plants (SPPs) under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT/ESCO) model for Medical Park Samsun, Medical Park Gaziantep, and İstinye University Hospital. These facilities will fully meet the electricity needs of the hospitals through clean, solar energy.
Strategic Renewable Energy Partnership Across Three Regions
The new collaboration expands CALL Energy’s ESCO portfolio and reinforces its role in supporting Türkiye’s clean energy transition. The solar plants will be developed across three regions and are scheduled to be fully operational within one year. After a five-year operating period, the assets will be transferred to MLP Care.
The hospitals involved will meet their total electricity consumption through clean, renewable energy, making this partnership a benchmark in sustainable healthcare infrastructure.

Scaling Impact with MLP Care
This is CALL Energy’s second major collaboration with MLP Care. Previously, the YEO Group developed 70 MWp of solar power capacity across 7 sites in 4 cities, in partnership with Enerjisa Enerji. The new round of projects will bring the total number of solar facilities developed for MLP Care to 10, strengthening the group’s long-term presence in the healthcare-energy intersection.
